Whitby in North Yorkshire, England. After climbing the 199 steps up to St Mary's Church, I was greeted with this magnificent view. In the foreground are the cottages of Church Street and Church lane; beyond there is the Tate Hill Pier and sands. Then we see the Lower Harbour and the Fish Quay, above there is the edge of the West Cliff with hotels and the town to the left.
