Artist's Description
The Signal Sculpture at Saltburn-by-the-Sea in Redcar and Cleveland, North Yorkshire, England. The sculpture is set in the Valley Gardens beside Skelton Beck and was erected in 2001 by the new Saltburn Improvement Company.
