Two common magpies (Pica pica), keeping watch at Pendennis Point, Falmouth in Cornwall, England. The two birds were using an information board, entitled "Watching the Waterline", as a perch. I saw them return to this board many times.
The Point is a favourite spot for locals and visitors to watch ships and boats and the birds were watching for any food particles being dropped by the people.
